01 / From print to part

Getting a part made is simple.

    Send your print

    Email your drawing (PDF, STEP, DXF, or IGES) to [email protected], along with quantity, material, and finish if you know them. No formal drawing? A sketch or a sample part works — we'll help draft it.

  2. 02

    We quote it

    A machinist reviews the print and sends back price and lead time, usually within a couple of business days. If we spot something that would add cost or cause trouble, we flag it in the quote.

  3. 03

    We make & ship

    We machine, finish, and inspect to your print, then ship parts ready to install. Material traceability and First Article Inspection reports are available when the job calls for them.

Do you have a minimum order — will you make just one part?

No minimum — we'll happily make just one. One-offs, prototypes, and short production runs make up most of our work.

How do I get a quote?

Email your drawing — PDF, STEP, DXF, or IGES — to [email protected] with the quantity, material, and finish if you have them. A machinist reviews it and sends back price and lead time, usually within a couple of business days.

What file formats do you accept? What if I don't have a drawing?

We work from PDF prints, STEP, DXF, and IGES files. No formal drawing? Send a sketch or a sample part and we'll help draft it into something manufacturable.

What materials do you machine?

Carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, brass and bronze, aluminum, and engineering plastics. If you don't see your material, note it on your print — chances are we run it.

Can you handle military and defense work?

Yes. We have decades of experience machining to military specifications, with material traceability and First Article Inspection (FAI) reports available when your job calls for them. Tell us your documentation requirements when you send your drawing.

What tolerances can you hold?

We hold tolerances to your print. Call out the dimensions that matter and we'll confirm what's achievable when we quote it.

What machining services do you offer in-house?

In-house we run CNC turning, CNC milling (3- and 4-axis), welding, surface grinding, 3D printing, and deburring and polishing, plus concept-to-drawing drafting. For specialty finishing — heat treatment, plating, centerless grinding, and more — we coordinate a network of trusted partners so you get a finished part and one point of contact.
